96 Seadoo XP Power Increase

I have been searching for a way to increase the horsepower on my 1996 Sea Doo XP and 95 SPI. Can you make some suggestions? I have seen some bolt on applications in this Tech section in the past. Please help, starving for more power.

Hi Jack,
If the Seadoos you speak of are "stock", a power increase should be easy.. Free-Flow flame arresters, ect. are the quickest performance mods you can make. Its also important to remember the performance of the jet pump, especially as personal watercraft get a little older. The impeller clearance is VERY important to the performance as well as the condition of the seadoo impeller itself. Only after proper inspection and service can you be assured the Sea Doo jet pump is up to spec.
