The R&D PRO RXP-X Sponson Kit will increase top speed stability in rough water conditions, as well as add increased and improved turning performance. The Sea-Doo RXP-X 300 R&D sponson has a unique stock feature that is tabbed as a “decelerator fin”. The decelerator fin does a good job of keeping the RXP-X stable at cruising speeds with a stock engine package. However, who needs a decelerator fin when you want to accelerate? The Pros have incorporated into the this Sponson a lot of race inspired technology to keep the RXP-X 300 ultra stable at top speed, corner sharp and smooth, and actually increase acceleration from zero to 30 mph by leaving the “decelerator fin” out of the design. We have done all this without loosing any of the cool inside lean handling performance the RXP-X 300 is admired for. The Pro R&D Sponson Kit offers 2-position sponson blade adjustability, which will guarantee this kit to out perform any other 1, 2, or 3 up. • The R&D RXP-X High Performance Power Plenum RXP-X Air Filter Kit was designed and developed exclusively for the new Sea-Doo RXP-X 255 H.P. 4Tecs new high flow intake system design. The RD RXT-X filter kit will unleash restricted low-end, mid-range and peak horsepower trapped in the O.E.M. air filtration system and intake ducting by relieving the air intakes main restriction. The new R&D RXP-X Filter Kit installs in place of the O.E.M. main air box plenums restrictive air intake cover. Replacing the O.E.M. air box intake cover with the RD Filter offers a very economical way to improve airflow CFM at a fraction of the cost compared to other aftermarket kits. Sounds good, looks great, saves cash and will install in minutes. The R&D RXP-X Filter Kit is easy to remove for dealer maintenance visits.
