Shipping Policies
On 1st,2nd,3Day express and ground shipping options. We only guarantee to have your item delivered as per shipping request times (Shipping from A To B, We don't guarantee what happens after package is delivered). In the event we do not get item delivered on time with our express options, we will refund to the original ground shipping option. Once FedEx, UPS, Ontrac and/or UPS shows your item tracking # as delivered. It is no longer our responsibility. As we only guarantee delivery times. It's your responsibility to make sure someone is able to receive package once the delivery service arrives.
Damaged Shipping Box: If shipped items are damaged or missing do to box being damage during shipping. please take photos of damaged box and items. We will need those pics to be able to file a claim. Without them you take full responsibility items are in good shape and delivered.
RETURN POLICIES We have a 15day return policy. ALL returns must be sealed in the original packaging. We only offer a refund or replacement on unopened items except in cases where an item is defective. We will apply a 20% restocking fee for any item that is returned for reasons other than being defective. In order to receive credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Failure to do so could result in a delay in processing your return and a partial or possibly complete refusal of credit.

To request a return
Obtain a new and separate RMA number for each item you wish to return through the website contact page you purchased from. Your RMA number will be good for 14 calendar days from the date of issue.
All items must be in original “like new” condition, with all packing material, manuals, software, and registration card(s) included in the package. Use the original packing materials to repack the merchandise to be returned.
You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package and on a copy of your packing slip or the original invoice. The contents of the package and the RMA request must match.
Send the product(s) back to us via U. S. Postal Service, FedEx ground or UPS with Delivery Confirmation. This will allow you to track your package and see when we have received it. We are not liable for packages sent without appropriate shipment tracking. Or package damaged due to improper packaging.
You will be responsible for prepaying all return shipping and handling charges. If your order came with free shipping and you return it. You will be for charged the normal shipping.
Please allow 30 business days after we receive your product for us to review your RMA request. If approved allow an additional 48-72 hours for a credit to appear on your bank statement.
